How to do it
- 1Start with five recent vacancies for each role in your target location. This is a manageable exercise, not a representative labour market sample.
- 2Record repeated tasks, required experience, language, location and any stated eligibility rules. Separate mandatory requirements from preferences.
- 3Write one piece of evidence and one gap for each option. Choose a test you can complete with the time and resources available to you.
