Find the right guidance
Choose a useful starting point and find your way around.
Where should I start?
Choose the decision in front of you: which jobs to explore, what to put on your resume, how to prepare for an interview, or how to review your applications. The four homepage questions lead to a starting guide. All Guides lets you browse the full library by topic.
What is the difference between All Guides and the Career Blog?
All Guides groups practical guidance by the decision you are working on. The Career Blog contains editorial articles about choosing work and making career moves. They link to each other when another article offers a useful example or next step.
Use exercises and downloads
Turn a guide into something you can work through.
How do I use a worksheet or comparison exercise?
Keep your own notes in a document, notebook or spreadsheet while following the exercise. Most worksheets are tables or prompts within the guide, rather than interactive forms. Start with one real role, posting or example so you have something specific to compare.
How do I open the application log?
Download the blank CSV and open it in a spreadsheet app, such as Excel or Google Sheets. Add one row per application and keep the file in your own workspace. Your edits to that file are not saved to an LNR account. The application-review guide explains what to record and how to use it.
A download opens as text or does not open. What should I do?
A CSV may open as plain text in your browser. Save the file, then open or import it in a spreadsheet app. If the download fails, contact us with the guide URL, the download link you used and what happened.
What is available now
Understand what you can use on the public site today.
Do I need an account or a subscription to read the guides?
No. The public guides, blog articles and exercises are free to read. You do not need an account or a resume upload to use them.
Does the public site offer automated resume reviews or mock interviews?
The public site provides guidance and exercises you can work through yourself. Descriptions of proposed assessments, personalised tools or development features do not mean those services are available here. How LNR Works explains the difference between the public guidance and ideas still being developed.
Report a website problem
Help us find the page or feature that needs attention.
How do I report a broken link, missing image or page problem?
Send us the page URL, what you clicked or expected to see, and what happened instead. Include your device and browser, and a screenshot if it helps. For a broken link, include both the page where you found it and the destination if you can.
What if a page is difficult to read or use?
Tell us which page and part of the page caused difficulty, and what device or assistive technology you were using if relevant. You can find our accessibility information below, or contact us directly about the issue.
Corrections and feedback
Question a source, clarify a claim or suggest missing guidance.
How do I flag an outdated source or unclear claim?
Contact us with the guide URL, the sentence or source you are questioning, and what needs checking. Include a primary source or current employer posting when you have one. Our Approach explains how we distinguish facts, examples and editorial judgement.
Can I suggest a topic or ask for a clearer example?
Yes. Tell us the decision you are trying to make, which guide you have read and what is missing. This helps us understand where another example or explanation would be useful.
